The national president of the association Mrs ifeyinwa omowole urged member and the general public to continue to share the hashtag on various platforms
Speaking on this trend ,the vice president B zone Mrs Morenike Tony -Esan decried the increasing cases of rape in the country hence the need for parents to trained their boy child to respect girls .
On her part the chairperson of Nawoj in ondo state ,Doris olumoko said that all hand must be on deck to address the menace and sanitise the society .
Similarly, Her counterpart in Ekiti state,Alhaja Fatima bello She expressed dismay with the continuous gender abuses cases ,rape and kill menace in recent time calling on government to make the society more safer for women.
The minister of women affairs and social development ,Pauline Tallen in a message to the association commended the virtual campaign to stop gender based violence in the country .
